A deeply embodied session that works with the spine, nervous system, and energetic patterns held in the body. Through gentle, attuned support, we allow the body to express and release stored tension, emotion, and survival responses that are often held beneath awareness. This is not something to be forced or directed — it is a process of listening to the body and allowing it to move in its own way and time. These sessions support emotional release, regulation through expression, and a deeper reconnection to your body’s natural intelligence.
